The basics of booking Pix Signature photo booths. Last updated 4 November 2026.
Quotations and bookings
Each booking starts with a written quotation. Your date is secured when the quotation is accepted and the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is paid after the event.
Payment
We accept QR payment links, card payments and bank transfer. Payment details and amounts are stated in your quotation and invoice.
Set-up and access
Please confirm venue access, power and set-up time with us before your event so our operator can install the booth on time.
Changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations are handled under the terms in your quotation. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Care of equipment
Guests should use the booth as instructed by our operator. The host is responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse.
